OUR STORY

Meet the team behind the scenes. Our journey began in 2020 with one goal in mind: building a better future through investing. We began with stocks & shares and crypto. Shortly after meeting, we moved over 2 hours away to focus on education and long-term development. During this time, Callum attended night school to become an accountant, all while working full-time. Lea studied to become a paramedic, working part-time alongside her studies. Concurrently, we explored multiple business and investment ideas to increase our cash flow. Many failed, but every lesson brought us closer to what we always knew was the end goal: property. In 2024, we bought our first property. At the end of 2025, after finishing our studies, we went full steam ahead. We invested heavily in learning how to do things the right way, mentored by some of the best property professionals in the UK.

After being tenants ourselves and experiencing the frustration of a slum landlord and unresponsive estate agent, we made it our mission to provide high-quality, professionally managed homes, so that neither tenants nor landlords have to go through what we went through.
